Payment & Guarantee

Payment direct to the hotel upon check-out.
A valid credit card must guarantee every reservation. Reservation must be made online through our web site.
The hotel may verify the validity of the credit card by performing a pre-authorization prior to arrival.
Rates are in Euro, include taxes and service and may vary or not being available without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 48 hours prior to arrival date.
You will be charged the total package cost if you cancel within 48 hours before arrival date.
The same penalty applies to no-show reservations.

Other informations

City tax not included, 2,5 Euro per person per night.
The rate is valid only for reservations received and confirmed up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival of the Guest.
