In conjunction with “Andare per Ville con Gusto”, culinary festival Piatti di Corte at Derby Grill in Monza is back. This will be an union between cultural tourism and historic cooking.
Presented last May 15th at the Royal Palace in Monza, “Andare per Ville con Gusto” is a festival, promoted by Centro documentazione Residenze Reali lombarde, organized to value the most beautiful royal villas of Brianza area and the local culinary heritage of 18th and 19th centuries.
The chance to discover Brianza’s villas is unmissable to live a real ancient culinary experience. Piatti di Corte festival gathers, in fact, some of the best restaurateurs of the territory, among whom there is our Executive Chef, Fabio Silva.
The idea is to offer a modern and delicate reinterpretation of some of the typical recipes from Savoy, French or Hapsburg traditions. Until September 30th, the festival Piatti di Corte at Derby Grill in Monza will offer a reinterpretation of Gnocchi alla Reale (Royal potato dumplings), cooked by Fabio Silva with potatoes, wheat and eggs, served on a cheese fondue witth season vegetables, smoked cooked bacon and porcino mushrooms powder.
